Where are you my Dear!

a poem by Purushothama Rao R

You are not to be seen
In meadows
Where showers of spring
Started greening the dried

You are also not traceable
In picturesque shivalkis’
Where snow started
Streaming into rivers

Oh I’m able to find you
In the relief camps
Where tsunami victims
Loosing kith and kin
Are treated with care and kind
Hats off to your human approach
You richly deserve a pat
