Poet and life

a poem by Shah Pravinchandra Kasturchand

Nobody is sleeping, all are awake;
I wonder if it is so by a mistake.
I am reading and you are reading
Poems after poems; who is sending?

Is it a festival we are feasting?
As if in orchestra we are singing.
Trains are running, planes flying,
Cars are rushing, buses all plying.

Life everywhere, life everywhere,
None thinks death, death is dying.
Earth it seems place worth living
So long as poems, poet is sending.

Write and create, you,O great poet!
Poems of life to live and agitate!
