Grandma’s Kitchen

a poem by Aysathu Famiha A

I have a big belly
Yeah… It’s filled with full of jelly
She made that with lot of sweetness
But that express my “grandma’s loveliness”

“Yeah… she is an old one”
But her majestic hand is admired by everyone
She did not get a master’s degree
But she is the master of making me very fat

Add a pinch of salt, “It’s enough”.
To melt my heart
She is not ruling any kingdom
But she is the queen of her own kitchen
