Computer Speaks

a poem by Rajdeep Gupta

I was bought, an amount of twenty thousand,
And resided in Jupiter home.
My face was that of BPL, body of INTEL,
Tommy cared me well while Basu was negligent.

One day I feel ill, both took me to a doctor,
Repaired I came, but was treated very badly after.
Movies and only movies they saw in my face,
All day long Rajdeep wrote poetry.

Then I got a new home and got my companions too.
But now they put me to sleep at eleven don’t know why?
I heard Tommy brought customers to sell me,
But Tommy I can’t live without you.

Please Tommy have mercy on me! Don’t sell me,
I wish I could cry and tell you.
