The Lasting Blessing

a poem by Gowdhaman M

Amidst the Blessings
I do think of me and the world
And the happenings
In times changing,
Oh! the good and the evil
Trying the good heaven
Heavy blessings, is it a torture
Inventing ways lawfully
Never to loose in the battle
Kindness even to rattle
Oh! the fun rather subtle
Over and again the eager
Finding the true self rather
Matters so I pray again you now.
In the world to appreciate.
So human I wonder even
I do search the noble
I find me again so true.
I do search.

I do find
The world around so beautiful
Wonderful and awful.
Whether the whole world a reflection
Or even beyond.

Limits of space a unknown
Stars peeping in and twinkling
I too look around
And up with the star now.

Time past
In evolution
To shape in the realm of time
Can the dream be perturbed
By waves. Will the waves curl.
The stars finite.

Exploring ways to remain human
May the blessings last.
Will the troubles cease
And the struggles ease.

Reflections of the past
Is it so colossal
In the vastness of space and time.
To find the reality
And matters to progress
Needs guidance
Of the Good God who may bless.
