There was this girl,
Whom I loved more than anyone else
The soulmate I wanted,
That was definitely her.
I used to tell her,
“Walk softly dear-
For you know what
you are walking on my dreams…”
Dreams, you know, so delicate they are
Needs only a slight breeze
For them to go out of reach
And that breeze was what I was scared of.
One day my lady was in the mood to run,
And run she did,
Right across my dreams,
Trampling them to bare NOTHING!!
Here I am writing this,
Sitting alone in my house
With nothing to say my own.
Not even my thoughts or Dreams…
