The skylarks flocking
through the blue sky
a lovely one amidst them
stares at me!

Dumbstruck by her beauty
I too stare at her
her lovely lips
giggles at me
a fountain of joy,
bursts in my heart
seeing her eyes
I sway into my dreams…
seeing her pretty nose
I stray into her heart.

Fear germinates for want of her song
I keep pondering
“How’ll I tell her
that I love her?”
