Quick Change

a poem by Shah Pravinchandra Kasturchand

A glass of water,
Lemon, salt, sugar;
Smaller or bigger,
Triggers the vigour.

The hot cup of tea,
Then magic you see;
Fatigue, try to find,
Gone with the wind.

Water from the shower,
On head, and shoulder;
Freshness like flower,
With overflowing power.

The brain drain asian,
The full bloom heaven;
A greencard, a citizen,
An asian, now American.
