Choose… Hell or Heaven…

a poem by Shah Pravinchandra Kasturchand

Do bad,
Get hell;
Do good,
Get heaven.
But I do,
Bad and good,
Together always.
What am I entitled to?
Hell or heaven?

More bad, less good,
Residual is bad;
More good, less bad,
Residual is good.
Now a question
Of quality and quantity
Of the residual,
To decide admission,
To hell or heaven.
Then.further,

Are you a child?
Or a grown-up boy?
Or an adult?
A matured man?
A sick or healthy?
A poor or wealthy?

Question after question
Adding more confusion,
Than reaching solution,
Of deciding admission.

But the formula
Is very simple.

What do you want?
A hell or heaven?
If decision taken,
Task is very even.

Do bad
Enter the dragon;
Do good
Enter the heaven.
How simple?
No confusion.
