Crystals of hope in glittering Sunrise
Riot of colours adorning the twilight skies
Rainbows embracing the horizons world wide
Nature’s bounties of myriad hues,
Orange, Reds, Greens and Blues
The beauty marred by man-made misery
Prejudices of Races and shades of Humanity
Causing the world to drift apart
As nations are fraught, with wars and strife
If only at heart, we forgive and realise
That the Colour of Blood and Peace
Is the same in everyone’s sight!
