Living through a Death

a poem by Magibond

The much awaited day was near,
A day on which nature, the supreme master,
Would create another human living form,

The process took its own time,
Slowly nurturing the ‘would be’ bit by bit,
The genius of the creator shaped everything,
To near perfection, the nose, the eyes.

When the D-Day came, the breathing was labored,
The screams started coming in pain
As nature made its way through.
There was joy in the screams of pain,
In expectation of the perfect human form.

When it was all over, there was a cry in happiness,
And a big laughter in pain,
Because the creator had lived through death,
In creating a perfect human form.
