Baby’s eyes wander around the screen
Pictures and colours move over it
She tries to tap on the machine screen
When the hand holds, it moves from her
She looks on the face that talks to it
Sometimes her face changes positive
To accept the sound though not realises
But she feels helpless while sound ignores
Her eyes stare at the moving lips
Waits for a look, sweet word or kiss
Her innocent eyes, wordless lips
