Secret of your silence

a poem by Satheesan Rangorath

I met you with a head full of thoughts
Listening, you said nothing, but,
Looked deep in me searching
I fell silent in your silence
Left you carrying the silence you gave me
Keeping it a sacred secret
Hidden away in the stillness of my heart
Often fondling with the feather of my imagination
I visited there often
Only to come back
I feel your tranquility
Then one day
You opened up
Flooding your heart out
In the eloquence of your silent smile
I touched your heart
You kissed me waking
Wiping my existence away
Only you could do it
Assimilate me in to the extend of your magnanimity
Vacuuming my mind to nothingness
Nothingness
