Keeps the lower middle class satisfied.

Satisfied with their short term gains
The poor don’t think of their chronic ills.
Cunningly their self respect has been killed.

The middle class is easily silenced
With ever increasing multi-channels
And sentimental T.V.Serials and films.

They talk so much on Cell phones
That they don’t have time to think about
The virtues and national priorities.

They talk more about Cine Stars and Sports
Than the irregular water supply
Or adulteration and rampant corruption;
Their Spirit and Aspirations drugged.

Today concern for common man
And his needs and safety of humanity
Remains a matter for a small minority.
Only when the majority becomes concerned
There can be any hope for a better change.
