For My Love

a poem by Teena Wadhera

We met on this earth and got separated here,
neither life nor death care.

Maybe our love could not bind our hearts,
like two hearts on your card,
I still see them today,
just going to faint in the way.

With the feeling of your kind,
I think of you and could not find,
your love had made me strong,
but this enmity has made me weak,
the pain is much more,
and I cannot take this.

I wish it could be a guaranteed love,
but this feeling could not work,
throughout my life, I know,
I cannot get you and go,
but throughout this journey,
may God bless us,
and always make me with you.
