A deserved crown (flowers)

a poem by Sharanya

Awaken by the sun,
blossoms on her own,
with lots of fragrance,
and lots of beauty.

Dancing to the tunes,
played by the wind,
she invites us to,
her grand ball dance.

Being a mother,
so soft and tender,
feeds the buzzers and butterflies,
with her nectar.

She’s all dressed,
in a queen’s robe,
owning a crown,
she stands with glamour.

Alas…
Being a queen from dawn to dusk,
she, forever sleeps with bound happiness.
