The Dawn

a poem by Rema Prasanna

Breezed for sun rise
Sunflower the loyal waited
Fading night offered no assistance
Earth on its orbit taught a lesson on patience
Mist on the clouds of white
Birds opened up from the crafty nests
The rhythm of morning perfect there to please
The dawn perhaps not eager as it can wait
Tranquil the opened up rays gentle as usual
Keen there the nature
To embrace the dawn in style
