What for Peacock is dancing?

a poem by Rafel Michael

I look at the sky when it’s cloudy
Don’t know when the rain starts
My days are accomplished
When the cloud makes me dance
The cloud makes my dreams fulfilled
I cling on my rainbow wings
And dance to the tune of thunder
I run around to attract my partner
Who enjoys my dance in its full form
I dance to attract her and to get her on my side
And to get her ultimate nod
She waits how far I go
To reach to the peak of my climax
I’m yearning her company to get her in my dance
But she shies away from my dance stage
And place her face down
And drawing pictures with her legs in the wet land
Like a newly wedded bride
She’s just a spectator of my dance
She adores me and encourages me in my dance
As a positive onlooker
The moment my dance comes to a close
And the cloud cleared its way
For a brighter light
I get what I craved for
And my dance gets paid off
That’s the nod from her to mate
The ultimate goal of my convincing dance
