I bought a big costly castle;
Cost me whole lot of treasure.
Walls were jealously painted
In brilliant gold and silver.
The bed bought was colonial;
Cushion was exquisitely soft.
Such is power of money, friends!
Even heavens can be in hands.
One day I suddenly fell ill;
The best doctor was called in;
I paid unbelievably fat bill;
Bought the costliest medicine.
Now am lying in my colonial bed;
Looking at jealous,painted wall;
Money now not coming to my aid;
Waiting for my heavenly stroll.
