Readers, please don’t keep quiet

a poem by Shah Pravinchandra Kasturchand

I surely call me a poet
And a poet writes poems
He puts them on the net
For others to appreciate
Or them to denunciate.
Never them to be quiet

You come to this net
You read these poems
May like this or that
Say so and appreciate
Not like this or that
Speak so and so state
Please don’t keep quiet
Say so, don’t hesitate.

I am in your market
To sell from my rack
You don’t choose that
I shall put it back
I can offer another
May you nod and take
Your nod or your don’t
Get you what you want

Say your like or show despise
But don’t keep you quietised
You may get to what you want
Only if say you like or don’t.
