I close my eyes and try to see what’s around the bend
I open my eyes only to see that its the end

You come like a ray of Sun to show me the way
You held my hands and I’m there you say

But the sun will set and so will my heart
The day your light goes, I will return to the dark

You let go of my hand and walk away
I wait holding my breath till I fail to find a way

I crumble to the ground and count my breath,
close my eyes when I near the end

Lift me up, pull me back and hold me tight
Grab my hands, tell me to breathe and guide me to the light!
