Satisfaction…?

a poem by Shah Pravinchandra Kasturchand

I wanted to tell you
Some forty years ago;
We are meeting to-day
So let me tell you now.

I wanted to marry you
And I wanted our kids.
That I loved you much,
Might die without you.

Funny I married another,
Funny have my children;
Funny you also married
Funny you have kids too.

Those were golden days
Aren’t these golden too?
