Oh my cheap lover

a poem by Divyani Ojha

Oh my cheap lover
Your love costs less than the cost of the cheapest sandals I’ve ever worn
All your talk was the most ridiculous nonsense, that what I had heard
But it’s fun
Tell me something new, this riddle is starting to bore me

May all your lies sound decent
If you will add GST to your price and then let me know
Perhaps

So your lie will be priceless, I’ll bear it once again
Oh my cheap lover…
