I saw a guy on the yesterday
as sad as a man could be
‘tis funny how things come to where they are
coz this guy looked exactly like me

There aint never a question in my mind
aint nary a doubt
coz life- I take it as it comes
never caring what its about

GET A LIFE!!!!! people say
stop moping and lying down
go dry your tears and wash your face
coz no ones got time here to see your frown

So I walk on down this lonely road
tired as hell and sore in ma feet
but I know that i cannot stop or turn around
coz this life- it’s just a one way street
