Death

a poem by Parupalli Mythili

Dressed in black you roam
Every home you cross
There is irreparable loss
The agony caused
Brings life to a pause
Cause the sorrow the grief
Is beyond belief
When a leaf is shed
And laid down to bed
With dread and redden eyes
Man sighs for a part of him
Has now parted from him
Dim is the light
Future is also not so bright.
