The Alcazar Show

a poem by Sivakami Velliangiri

Colourful, the height of technology
pure symmetry and the arrangement
of scant apparel, inducement of fluorescence
flash forward of fragrance offset with
buffoonery of inflated air bosoms of
show women – all this is not sensuous.
What slithers, what travels, what matters
is the selective voice doing wonders.
Going straight in where it touches
clicking, clinching, clock working
an inner nirvana, and you leave
absolutely enchanted.
