Remember

a poem by Parul Pancholi

Remember me when I am gone
gone into silent land
when you can no more hold my hand
remember me when no more day by day
I will get angry in all possible ways
when no more you will see me by open eyes
no more hear my grief, my cries
but I will always be with a helping hand
like fairy standing with the mand
and when in the sunsets the buds close
with the birds poking their nose
I will be lost in the ways
closing all the dreary days
even if you look towards the moon
you wont see me coming soon
waiting to decide my fate
will be too late
and when you sitting alone
my memories will hit you like a stone
memories of piercing knife
and then you might remember me…might…
remember me…
