Children’s glistening eyes
look for their surprise around the Christmas tree,
smiles upon each face
are things we can’t erase within are memory.
There’s so much to this season
and that is the reason this christmas feeling should stay
for I know that together we could make things better
if christmas lived with within are hearts each day.
The christmas in me wants love everlasting.
The christmas in me wants peace to be found.
We must take are laughter from her to ever after
so christmas will last all year round.
