Sailing to the Mystical Land

a poem by Shasha

Like the voyagers I want to sail
Sail to any land
There I will build my fortress
A shade for everyone
There will be no hunger
There shall be no crime

We will dance all day and night
Whimsical thoughts will be exchanged for scrumptious delights
We will laugh until we cry
The moon will envy us
As we shine brighter with our oceanic pearls
The rain will control its temperament

I will bounce from one cloud to another
We will laugh voraciously at the silent trees
There will be hammocks but not for sleep
All flowers will be mine
I shall pluck them not
Let them flirt all day long with the sun
As I watch them romance
I wonder when my turn will be!
