Clue

a poem by Teesha Guliana

There’s this pain in my throat,
My eyes lay caged,
And the head,
Threatens to expand.

My tongue swirls around,
On its own accord,
But no voices,
Come out arranged.

I hear the blood,
Thumping in my ears
I want to run,
But my feet stay glued near.

It’s like,
I’ve forgotten how to breathe.
It’s like,
I’ve forgotten how to move.

Where am I,
Who am I,
Where have I landed,
Who is this so new?

Is this,
Some sort of a clue?
