Young Indian Boys

a poem by Vasudevan L

Young Indian Boys,
Are mere Toys,
In the hands of Politicians,
Who make them wicked ruffians.

Young Indian Boys,
Are mere Toys,
In the hands of Teachers,
Who care more for their pecuniary status.

Young Indian Boys,
Are mere Toys,
In the hands of Parents,
Who live in the past and step into future.

Young Indian Boys,
Are mere Toys,
In the hands of Society,
A breeding place for hatred and enmity.
