Now it won’t happen again…

a poem by Swapnil A Solanki

Now no one can change me,
I will what I am forever

Now no one will promise me
No promises will be there to be kept

Now no one will ask me to perfect on things
No one will ask me to be more confident and optimistic

Now I will never be able to see the silver line behind the clouds,
Now who cares, even if it does exist there.

Now I can never thank God
For endorsing me with the greatest gift from him

Now no one will cry because of me
I am happy rather now, no one will approach knife

Now I will never feel anything hearing the telephone ring
Now no one will tingle me from inside

Now I will never be able…
