My Love

a poem by Jopphar

Far away from you, my love,
It’s you I’m always thinking of,
My girl, to you, I gave my heart my soul;
A girl I love with a heart of gold.

Endless days, endless nights we spent,
Wishing our time spend would never end,
A love we had, too hard to comprehend,
My angel, you’re my love that’s heaven sent.

Through the rain, the snow, I do know
This is the love I’ll never let go;
When I’m down you gave me a hand to hold,
Baby, with you I want to grow old.

So many dreams has come true with you,
Loving you is all I wanna do
You made loving you so easy
In your heart is where I wanna be.

a poem by Jopphar

In the cold of the night I lie awake,
death’s waiting at my door my soul to take,
I sigh as I know my time has come,
death is waiting I can see its form.

Before I close my eyes forever,
I visualise my loved ones, my mother,
farewell all my beloved ones, farewell;
we’ll see each other in heaven or hell.

I said to death “wait my friend,
before my life tonight will end”;
let me say my goodbyes and then I’ll go,
I look around to find there’s no one I know!
