Dying a little, everyday

a poem by

Devyanee

Dying a little, everyday
Since you have gone
Traumas, tortures and pain are companion
Taking towards endless grief

Oh God take me in your shelter
Let me feel warmth of your love and care
Give me some peace or
Turn my heart like stone
To feel, to touch
Can’t be angry with anyone
Except you
Its your wish that
I am worldly today
Now I am dying everyday a little
Help me, take my soul away
So I can rest in peace.

Honey Dew

a poem by

Devyanee

You gave me
a lovely heart
to live in,
Love
to explore this life,
beautiful and unforgettable moments of love
and passion,
few journeys memorable,
marvellous evenings, mornings and nights,
lots of laughter but cries too,
and you shaped me like a WOMAN,
for all this you took my heart
forever.
